Hari ini aku di bawa ke satu kawasan (dalam kilang assembly gak) bernama DOJO dekat dengan A1 line.
Kat sini semua pekerja yang pasang-pasang kereta ataupun dipanggil LINE OPERATOR tu di beri latihan yang sama sebelum bagi green light untuk masuk line. Latihan ni sebenarnya just a mock for what in store for them at the line later. Tapi kene buat sampai intructor tu puas hati dulu baru la dpt green light.

Description: Hoses are used to connect between pipes and Clips are used to tighten the bond
Aku punye turn plak. Susah woo... keras gler clip. Playar tu plak licin sebab pakai glove.
Fourth: Connect Coupler

Description: Coupler ni senang je.. Macam maen sambung-sambung socket electrik. Tapi nama je laen sket. Mungkin term assembly laen kot.
Fifth: Screw Tapping

Description: Guna pneumatic screwdriver bentuk macam gun tapi dipanggil 'impact'. Masuk kan screw seberapa banyak dalam 1min pastu kira berapa banyak yang kat tengah-tengah tak terkeluar dari bulatan
Sixth: Bolt Tightening

Benchmark: 20 pcs
Personal record: 20 pcs in 57sec
Description: Fit all 20 bolts using pneumatic impact bit box.
Esok mungkin aku dengan engineer-engineer baru masuk ni akan training on line kat line A1 kot. Setiap seorang akan buat satu process pastu rotate. But I'm sure this is gonna be one memorable experience.
