aku pun tatau... kehkehkeh
No no no.. actually Taiso, atau taisou berdasarkan fakta dari member aku belajar kat jepun
sebab cari kat internet takde plak. hohoh.
"Tai" bermaksud Badan
"Sou" bermaksud langkah-langkah atau gerakan
pagi-pagi kuar lagu yang agak ceria
dengan suara wanita yang bunyinya comel.. hohoh

tunggu pukul 9 baru la start briefing
sampai sekarang aku pun tak sure kenapa
mungkin tunggu boss kata jalan kot baru jalan
boss plak awal-awal pagi ni slow sket
hehehe
anyway~ Briefing tu sambungan yang hari tu
5 major points that are important to know on Assembly dept are:
- Safety
- Quality
- Cost
- Delivery
- Morale
Basically Safety here means the overall safety of the whole plant, how to prevent accidents, what does it affect on the company, the superior, and the worker if neglected and stuffs like that.
Quality ialah Kepuasan Pengguna Sepenuhnya. I can't find the correct and precice word for it because all the slides is in BM. Mungkin kerana target audience terdiri daripada operator yang kurang berkelulusan tinggi. Terms like defects, DPU or defects per unit, and Pass rate were introduced to us.
Cost ialah bayaran yang perlu dibuat untuk melakukan sesuatu perkara.
But until that only I had the chance to listen to the briefing
as i was called by En Munawwir - Team Leader of Training Section to introduce me to the Assistant Manager of Production Development, En Jafri.
On the way to see the AM, i was informed that i am being posted to that department.
I knew that department is capable of assigning me to a project that is appropriate for an intern.
so i was glad to be transfered. I cant stand training on line anymore. One day of first-hand experience of working on line is enough for me as long as i knew what is going on there.
En Jafri was having a meeting and told me to wait in the training centre, somebody will fetch me to the Production Development office.
For the Delivery and Morale, i took the initiative to know and i found out that Delivery focuses of the Operation Rate and Morale is basically on the condition of the operator such as problems faced by the operator, came to work or not, etc.
On arrival of my office, i found out that En Ismail or nicknamed: mail, my supervisor, is on leave for three days so his assistant took over as a substitute. Her name is Pn Zalina and did manage to brief me of the organization chart - who's who of this section.
Dalam section tu ada 3 org je engineer, En Ismail, En Firin dan Pn Zalina.
Diorang 3 orang duduk dlm satu bilik kongsi dengan seorang executive dan satu meja kosong.
Btw, my desk is the empty desk between En Ismail and her's. Yay! Budak intern ada meja sendiri~
Uuu~ dalam bilik engineer tuu~ sekali dengan executive tuuu~~
Later after lunch, I am with En Ganesan - Team Leader of A2 Line of Production Development to show me the whereabout of A2 Line.
Dengar pada ura-ura Kak Ina, mungkin saya akan di 'attach' kan ke A2 Line untuk projek nanti.
Projek nya bergantung pada supervisor. Dan supervisor plak cuti.
Mungkin dalam minggu ni ada la something to get my hands dirty on to. hohoh...
p/s: i got the overview layout+3D layout of the whole assembly. cantek woo..
later i'll post it.but that's it for now..
